Guests can follow a traditional treatment with time in a eucalyptus-infused steam room or explore the Longevity Lounge, where cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen sessions and zero-gravity relaxation broaden the definition of the average resort spa day. The coed Longevity Lounge expands the experience beyond conventional treatments with a menu of shorter, touchless wellness sessions. Options range from salt inhalation and warm dry floating to zero-gravity loungers, compression boots and hyperbaric oxygen sessions that can be incorporated into a broader spa visit.
The outdoor spa garden provides a natural counterpoint to the luxury spa’s advanced technology. A warm dipping pool, natural lava sauna and patio create a place to enjoy Southern Utah’s dramatic surroundings, while indoor amenities include eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, saunas and the tranquil Sanctuary.
Among its most unique offerings, the two-hour Desert Awakening Ritual captures Plume’s connection to its surroundings through a head-to-toe sequence of mineral exfoliation, a detoxifying body mask and nourishing oils. A waterfall-inspired scalp treatment and botanical facial mask bring the experience to a hydrating finish.
There are 13 treatment rooms. A private duo massage suite accommodates shared treatments, allowing for a combination of traditional bodywork and modern wellness technology.
Signature journeys are but one route on the treatment menu. Options also include customized massages, facials and recovery-focused experiences.

Things to Know

Plume Spa & Wellness is inside Black Desert’s Resort Center, across from the fitness center. From the hotel lobby, take the elevator beside Lava Love coffee shop to Level B1, then turn left to reach the spa.
Guests of the Ivins, Utah, spa should arrive at least 20 minutes before their service for check-in and time to settle in. Don’t forget a swimsuit if you plan to use the steam and sauna facilities or outdoor warm dipping pool.
Four-hour Spa Day and Wellness passes offer another way to experience the facilities without booking a traditional treatment.
