Seafire Steakhouse & Bar

A refined New York-style steakhouse
VERIFIED LUXURY

For carnivores, if there’s one spot that stands out among the stellar collection of restaurants at the Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Atlantis, The Palm, it’s Seafire Steakhouse & Bar. The New York–style steakhouse blends classic traditions with a refined, contemporary dining experience.

As you set foot into the restaurant, it becomes evident that meat takes center stage here. Inside, chefs are at work in the open kitchen and cooking steaks to perfection on a custom wood-burning grill while a walk-in cellar houses an astounding selection of nearly 500 labels and 3,000 bottles from around the world.

The dining room offers a mix of intimate booths and semi-private seating for up to 12 guests, along with a Chef’s Table overlooking the open kitchen. Open for dinner only, Seafire is well-suited for business dinners, family occasions, special celebrations, intimate dates or relaxed evenings.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • Seafire is renowned for its dry-age program, which features premium cuts from top producers, including USDA Prime Black Angus, Australian Wagyu from Mayura Station and Japanese Wagyu, such as A5 Kobe from Hyogo and Saroma from Hokkaido. The selection is further enhanced by Seafire's exclusive Imperial Blossom Wagyu from South East Queensland, which is grain-fed for 350 to 400 days.
  • A meal at Seafire Steakhouse & Bar is about more than ordering off the menu; the complete experience includes choosing your ideal steak by cut, age and marble score, and from a global knife selection, including German, Moroccan, Australian, Japanese, American, French and UAE-inspired ceremonial designs.
  • The wine cellar features nearly 500 labels and 3,000 bottles, ensuring a thoughtful pairing for every course.
  • While it’s primarily a steakhouse, the menu also features a curated selection of oysters, including Dibba Bay from the UAE, Gillardeau from France and Emperor oysters from Japan.
  • Guests are welcomed at the bar, which features a sensory cocktail program that adds theatrical flair to the evening, complemented by a curated playlist inspired by Frank Sinatra and timeless jazz melodies.

The Food

  • Signature starters include beef tartare and a shellfish tower featuring prawns, lobster, king crab, Gillardeau and Dibba oysters, and prawn and salmon crudo.
  • The most-ordered steak is the 325-gram Black Angus filet, alongside highlights such as the 400-gram dry-aged bone-in New York strip and the 350-gram Imperial Blossom ribeye.
  • If you’re dining with two, consider ordering one of the sharing-style steaks, such as the 900-gram dry-aged Porterhouse or the 600-gram chateaubriand, cooked as per your preference and carved tableside.
  • Despite the restaurant’s bona fide steakhouse status, vegetarians will find carefully crafted choices like house-made ravioli and a savory mushroom risotto.
  • For dessert, highlights include the theatrical Golden Bar, presented in a smoke-filled box and the brookie to share, a decadent combination of a cookie and a brownie.
