Fine dining can be found at the second-floor Bespoke, a small but elegant 40-seat tasting-menu-style restaurant. Helmed by Mexican chef Cesar A. Perez de Anda (an alumnus of internationally renowned venues Noma and Aska), the kitchen turns out seasonally inspired dishes that are as photogenic as they are delicious.
For those looking for some drama with a meal, order a bottle of champagne at Bespoke. Every bottle of bubbles is opened the traditional way — with a saber and a smile.
Proving popular for lunchtime are the bento sets at Japanese restaurant Seki-tei, though the sushi and sashimi served during dinner service are not to be missed, either.
Though it’s rightly billed as contemporary Cantonese cuisine, the food at Yan Ting more specifically hails from Shunde, known as the birthplace of Cantonese cooking in Southern China. Expect Mandarin fish soup, asparagus stir-fry with black garlic, and delicate shrimp cakes.
Afternoon tea lures a refined crowd to The Drawing Room lobby lounge daily. The tea features regular collaborations with St. Regis brand ambassadors for a unique experience almost every time you visit. A recent set was created with the help of luxury jewelry designer Wan Baobao.
