This congruence of cultures is no accident — The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok was designed with the theme “A Meeting of Two Civilizations” in mind. A team of architects from Chicago-based SOM and Thailand’s A49 studios captured the spirit of futuristic Bangkok, while Thailand studio PIA transformed the interiors into a blend of past-meets-present with timeless details like a delicate glass lily pond set beneath giant arched windows that bathe the lobby in natural light.

The 260 rooms are spacious and stylish, many with terraces overlooking Lumpini Park, while a curated collection of restaurants is equally as enticing. A heated outdoor pool, a soon-to-debut spa and an exclusive club level round out the luxurious offerings in the Ritz-Carlton’s first Bangkok hotel.

A huge draw of this city-center hotel is its shimmering infinity pool overlooking the leafy park and the Bangkok skyline beyond. Plush loungers and daybeds line the pool deck, and a dedicated bar provides refreshing cocktails and snacks to help you beat the tropical heat.
Food is no afterthought at the Bangkok hotel. Enjoy French fine dining at Duet by celebrated chef David Toutain, creative cocktails at Caleo and an immersive chef’s table experience at Lily’s.
The Spa at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok will feature Thai-inspired therapies and skincare from renowned brand ESPA in a sumptuous parkside setting, complete with vistas of the lush greenery through floor-to-ceiling windows.
