At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler’s Sidecut Steakhouse, modern style meets mountain coziness. With its wooden accents, warm lighting and large picture windows showcasing the stunning surrounding mountains, the vibe here is both elegant and inviting.
Leading the kitchen is executive chef Sajish Kumar Das, who has crafted a stellar menu centered around the spectacular bounty found throughout the Pacific Northwest’s seas, streams and fields. The star of the show is the prime steaks, which are dry-aged in house for maximum flavor and tenderness. But there's plenty more to enjoy, including fresh Pacific seafood and seasonal vegetables sourced straight from local farms. Rounding out the offerings are a British Columbia-focused wine list and locally inspired cocktails designed for celebratory moments.
