S.E.A. (Evrima)

A culinary voyage with one of Europe’s top chefs
VERIFIED LUXURY
The Ritz-Carlton wisely tapped chef Sven Elverfeld, known for his impressive culinary work at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg’s acclaimed Aqua, to captain the elevated dining experience at Evrima’s S.E.A. As a result, the yacht’s signature restaurant has a pointedly European sensibility, one that feels both elegant and avant-garde.

Elverfeld’s five-course tasting menu changes to reflect whatever is in season. But no matter the time of year, passengers can always expect expertly balanced, Mediterranean-inspired selections that features some of Aqua's signature dishes, such as a Ruinart rosé champagne crème sorbet.

With seating for only 28 guests, the dining experience at S.E.A. is designed to be intimate. The restaurant's decor reflects this elevated atmosphere with a subtle nautical influence.
