One Harbour Road

Elegant Cantonese in Hong Kong
VERIFIED LUXURY
The signature Chinese restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong has a glittering reputation for its superb Cantonese food, stellar service and panoramic views of the spectacular Hong Kong skyline along Victoria Harbour. The two-level restaurant evokes a bygone era of Chinese history within a luxe residential-like environment.

Whether you dine upstairs or down, both dining rooms effectively transport you to an Old World Chinese mansion. The 1930s-inspired décor — marble pillars, high ceilings, Santos rosewood timber and decorative Chinese furniture — captures the imagination, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour.

  • Opt for a wine pairing and the erudite sommelier will appear at each course with a new suggestion to enhance the Chinese flavors — think dry, crispy Rieslings, a full-bodied Burgundy and even surprisingly delicious sparkling wines from Grace Vineyards, based in Shanxi, China.
