The Laurus, a Luxury Collection Resort, Singapore

Elegant suite-living on Sentosa
VERIFIED LUXURY
Set within the lush enclave of Resorts World Sentosa, The Laurus, A Luxury Collection Resort, Singapore offers a serene island haven that feels worlds away from bustling attractions just around the corner. Designed to evoke the home of a well-traveled collector, the hotel is filled with curated designer objects and Singapore-inspired ephemera that inspire curiosity and exploration with a sense of homeliness.

Opened in October 2025, the all-suite property exudes understated sophistication. Its design draws inspiration from the monochromatic colonial-style bungalows that once dotted Sentosa, reinterpreted with contemporary accents of rich timber finishing and warm gold hues. The result is an aesthetic that feels both timeless and quietly elegant.

Across its 183 spacious suites, guests will find thoughtful inclusions that celebrate Singaporean creativity, with artworks by local artists to curated in-room amenities that showcase homegrown brands. Additionally, a daily spread of colorful Nyonya kueh treats provides guests a delicious introduction to the city’s rich multicultural heritage.

Our Inspector's Highlights

  • Reflecting the Singapore hotel’s verdant setting, nature is thoughtfully woven into The Laurus’ decor, from the striking laurel leaf-inspired chandelier in the main lobby to the recurring motifs of the native buffy fish owl found throughout the property.
  • The corridors and suite walls feature artworks by ART:DIS, a nonprofit art organization supporting persons with disabilities in Singapore. Of note are the frames in the main lobby area, an intriguing mix of quirky wildlife portraits and nostalgic scenes of Singapore’s heritage.
  • The hotel’s in-house BODHI Spa is its first international outpost outside of Australia, offering elevated wellness therapies like a Recovery Red Light Pod for full-body light therapy, a Zerobody Dry Float for a calming weightless floating experience while providing a private bathhouse with its own sauna, Jacuzzi and cold-water pail shower.
  • Fans of Netflix’s cooking reality show Culinary Class Wars can experience Season One contestant chef Fabrizio Ferrari’s signature Italian cuisine at Laurus Table. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Southern Italy, the menu brings together the coastal flavors of Amalfi and sustainably sourced local seafood. The restaurant also serves authentic wood-fired pizzas.
  • The back gate of The Laurus connects to WEAVE, the integrated resort’s newest lifestyle mall replete with dining, shopping and entertainment options. Family-friendly attractions like Adventure Cove and Singapore Oceanarium are a short stroll away. The hotel also provides on-call buggy services for those looking to explore neighboring resort properties.

The Rooms

  • Every accommodation at The Laurus is a suite evoking quiet luxury — an elegant monochrome palette blending with dark wood textures, forest-green accents and understated matte-gold and marble finishing. The bathrooms are notably spacious with walk-in wardrobe and powder room areas.
  • The Laurus’ suites are housed in a distinctive horseshoe-shaped building. Odd-numbered rooms overlook the surrounding landscape while even-numbered units enjoy courtyard views of the swimming pool and tranquil gardens.
  • In line with the luxury hotel’s sustainability efforts, each suite is equipped with its own water dispenser, while room service menus and hotel information can all be accessed digitally through the TV screens.
