The Hermitage Hotel

Nashville’s beaux-arts beauty
VERIFIED LUXURY

The Hermitage Hotel has played a starring role inNashville since it first opened its doors in 1910. Over the years since, the luxury property has distinguished itself in many ways – as the city’s first million-dollar hotel; as the scene in a critical moment in the fight for women’s suffrage; and as the only accommodation in Tennessee to earn National Landmark status.

This beaux-arts beauty underwent a series of renovations that concluded in 2022 that only cements the building’s stance as a cultural touchstone in Music City. With the careful restoration of the lobby’s vaulted stained-glass ceiling, the opening of two restaurants from famed chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and refreshed guest rooms dripping with Southern charm, The Hermitage Hotel continues to define timeless elegance.
