The resort was devised as both a sanctuary and a social hub, melding that infectious soul of Old Naples with top amenities and design.

Architect Hart Howerton reimagined Naples’ cottage charm through a contemporary lens, while interiors exude refined residential warmth. The light-filled lobby sets the tone with crisp millwork, pecky cypress ceilings and an artful bas-relief of native palms. From there, archways flow into The Library and The Merchant Room, a signature restaurant graced by a mural from fine-arts painter Dean Barger. Every space, from the palm-branch chandeliers to the sculpted friezes, evokes craftsmanship rooted in the Gulf’s natural beauty.

Choose from 220 guest rooms, including 57 suites, each blending organic textures and serene palettes that mirror sea and sand. Expansive terraces invite alfresco lounging, while custom furnishings in flamingo pink or periwinkle blue lacquer capture that sunny Floridian style.
Wellness takes center stage at Sanctuary Spa, a 30,000-square-foot haven with therapies inspired by the ocean, sky, plants, air and heat. There are vitality pools, cold plunges, steam rooms and a rooftop lap pool with golf-course views.
Fitness is reimagined at the luxury hotel in partnership with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak. A 24-hour facility features state-of-the-art equipment, personal training and dynamic group classes that prioritize movement and mindfulness.
The Racquet Club has six Har-Tru courts and expert instruction for guests seeking match play or leisurely lessons in the Florida sun. Afterward, refresh at the club’s grab-and-go juice and snack bar.
Water and wildlife define the experience here. With paddleboarding, kayaking and private charters aboard a 34-foot Hinckley Picnic Boat, guests can explore the Gulf’s waters or venture into the Everglades on guided eco-excursions.

The Restaurants

The Merchant Room serves as the resort’s culinary centerpiece under acclaimed chef Gavin Kaysen. This New American brasserie showcases in-house dry-aged steaks, housemade pasta and the chef’s blend of French technique and Gulf inspiration. It’s all in a space framed by ocean views.
HB’s revives a beloved local tradition as the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples. Just steps from the sand, guests dine on raw bar offerings and coastal classics, surrounded by the sound of the soft surf.
