Tidal Cove Waterpark remains one of the property’s biggest draws. The five-acre attraction includes a lazy river, seven waterslides, an innovative FlowRider surf simulator, an adults-only pool, dedicated children’s zones, a snack bar serving housemade gelato, plus plenty of space for families to spread out. It’s a popular spot, so if you're planning to spend the day here, it’s worth reserving a private cabana to guarantee a comfortable place to relax between rides.
Golf has long been at the heart of the resort’s identity. The property is home to two championship 18-hole courses: the Soffer Course, its flagship layout and a longtime host of PGA events where legends, including Arnold Palmer, have competed, and the shorter, more strategic Miller Course, which winds around scenic lakes frequented by pink flamingos.
A resort of this size demands an equally impressive spa, and Âme Spa & Wellness Collective delivers. One of the resort’s top tables is Bourbon Steak Miami, a Michael Mina Restaurant. At this upscale steakhouse, executive chef Mario Beabraut oversees a menu of prime steaks, seafood and indulgent signatures, with the restaurant’s beloved Maine lobster pot pie among the most popular orders. Dress well — the atmosphere is every bit as polished as the food.
Corsair Kitchen & Bar is the Aventura resort’s easygoing all-day dining venue, serving a breakfast buffet before transitioning into a menu of contemporary American favorites, from club sandwiches and tacos to grilled mains and fresh salads. The broad, family-friendly menu ensures there's something for everyone, but it's the expansive terrace overlooking the championship golf courses that steals the show.
For a nightcap, head to Soff’s Lounge, the resort’s vintage-inspired cocktail bar.
