Suites embrace a sand-toned palette of natural materials such as wood, rattan and linen, and while they’re minimalist in design, they’re accented by a few luxurious touches like indoor or outdoor whirlpools and Balinese beds perched in private gardens.
At signature restaurant Sa Pleta by Marc Fosh, freshly caught seafood from across the Balearic Islands, farm-raised meat and local produce are fire-cooked and served with gastronomic pairings for plates like grilled Iberian pork with broccoli and white miso purée.
The luxury hotel’s two infinity pools are the perfect spots to catch the sunrise, but you can also make your way down to the sea via a staircase carved into the cliffs that winds down to the secluded Sa Cova dels Albardans.
You’ll be within minutes of four of the island’s top golf courses, from a José María Olazábal-redesigned championship course where European Tour events are held to Club de Golf Son Servera, Mallorca’s only true member’s golf club.

Things to Know

The Mallorca hotel’s outdoor fitness area is equipped with a few Technogym machines like a treadmill and a stationary bike, as well as a selection of hand weights.
Guests can access neighboring sister hotel Can Simoneta’s restaurants and amenities, including an outdoor cliffside hot tub and sandy Canyamel Beach. While Can Simoneta is open to families, Pleta de Mar only allows guests 16 and up.
