VERIFIED LUXURY
Here are five things to know about us:
1. We verify luxury. Our highly trained inspectors visit every property we rate, evaluating based on up to 900 objective criteria. Our hotel stays span a minimum of two nights.
2. We pay our own way. No one can buy a rating; all ratings are earned through our objective inspection process.
3. Our global team of inspectors are anonymous at all times, so they have the same experience as a typical guest.
4. While we inspect both service and facility, our Star Rating system emphasizes service because your experience at a hotel, restaurant or spa goes beyond looks — how it makes you feel is what you will remember most.
5. We started in1958 as Mobil Travel Guide, and we created the original Five-Star rating system for hospitality.

These properties deliver an outstanding experience and consistently offer a highly customized level of service.
Four-Star

As the first Hard Rock Hotel in Canada, Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario brings an excitement and rock star energy to the city. It’s most evident upon seeing the 32-foot-high metallic guitar that stands in front of the hotel, a massive statement piece that signals your arrival to a music lover’s paradise. Recognized as Canada’s first UNESCO City of Music, London, Ontario, has had a long history of vibrant arts and culture, with a live music scene that rivals that of big cities. Plus, it has the lore to match — Johnny Cash proposed to June Carter in 1968 on stage at the London Gardens.
The hotel is at 100 Kellogg Lane, home to the old Kellogg’s cereal factory, first founded in 1905 and recently re-imagined into a modern entertainment hub for children and adults. But Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario provides its own music-themed fun, from a guitar-shaped platter of treats for afternoon tea to a Sound of Your Stay program with Hard Rock-style room service, where guests can order a guitar, headphones, a turntable and vinyl records, during their stay.
