One of the biggest perks of staying at the Clayton is easy access to Alteño, chef Johnny Curiel’s culinary tribute to his homeland ofJalisco. Curiel has already earned some of the culinary world’s highest honors, and while tables at his other restaurants around Denver are notoriously hard to come by, the hotel’s members-first reservation policy means guests can often snag one without months of planning.
