The Restaurants

Bedouin fabrics meet contemporary design at Nasim, where regional recipes and local flavors shine. Arrive just before sunset to watch the last rays of the day dance through the floor-to-ceiling windows while you relax on cushions with a Set in Stone mocktail (mint, bee pollen, cucumber and tonic) and Fairmont Falafel sandwich.
If you have a healthy appetite, head to Tsuki on Tuesday for all-you-can-eat sushi from 7 p.m. to midnight. Those who aren’t fans of raw fish can sup on other Japanese favorites, like wagyu beef teppanyaki, chicken robata (Japanese-style barbecue) and soba noodles.
Salt Steakhouse focuses on quality meats cooked over a wood-burning grill, sliced before your eyes and paired with international wines in this European-inspired, open-kitchen concept restaurant.
Friday brunch at Nur transports you around the world. Though the restaurant has a Lebanese appearance (Arabesque décor with glittering lanterns, mosaic tiles, carved wooden accents and a stunning domed ceiling anchored by a central chandelier), its brunch offers a wide selection of signature international dishes from the hotel's six venues.
