Hôtel St. Germain offers one full-service dining experience, Hôtel St. Germain Restaurant, helmed by chef Sharen Wicoff. The multi-course, prix fixe menu rotates monthly and features fine ingredients such as foie gras, oysters and caviar. The quaint, formal dining room is composed of a small number of tables set with Limoges china, antique silverware, cut crystal glassware and Frette table linens. An elaborate crystal chandelier and candlelit centerpieces provide an intimate, Old World ambiance. Dinner is priced at $85 per person and is available Tuesday through Saturday evenings by advance reservation only. Parisian champagne bar service is offered in the two adjacent parlors, where you can cozy up on one of the antique sofas and enjoy assorted canapés or a dessert trio while sipping a fine glass of bubbly. Keep in mind that, like the hotel, the restaurant is seasonal as well; it's open October through May.
